The TSI Alnor RVA501 rotating vane anemometer is a handheld digital anemometer which measures both air velocity and volume flow. It features a 4-inch (100mm) head that automatically averages velocity and volume readings, making the RVA501 an essential tool for measuring unevenly distributed or fluctuating flows through heating and cooling coils, diffusers, grilles, and filters.

The TSI Alnor RVA501 features a measuring range of 50 to 6,000 ft/min (0.25 to 30 m/s) with an accuracy of ±1.0% of reading ±4 ft/min (±0.02 m/s). RVA501 anemometers are effective for duct sizes from 0 to 173.6 ft² (0 to 16 m²). An internal memory stores up to 12,700 samples and 100 test IDs. Other features of the TSI Alnor RVA501 rotating vane anemometer include sweep mode for one overall measurement,the ability to log, store and recall data, PC communications for downloading data and a detachable head for taking readings in tight spaces.

Optional air cone flow hoods are also available as an accessory to the TSI Alnor RVA501. These hoods will enhance the capability of your RVA501, turning it into an air volume flow balancing tool.
